Are you ready to kick-start your consulting career in Aerospace, Defence and Security (ADS)?

Our ADS Consulting practice is growing, and we’re looking for a Junior Consultant with of the ADS environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your consulting career, working on business transformation projects that make a real impact. What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting Senior Consultants and Consulting Managers on business transformation projects within defence sectors.
  • Taking ownership of specific activities and outcomes on smaller consulting projects.
  • Applying methodologies such as Business Process Reengineering, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and Data Management & Analytics.
  • Capturing and assessing business and technical requirements to deliver effective solutions.
  • Building consulting assets and completing end-of-project case studies to share learning.
  • Engaging with clients and stakeholders to identify issues and propose solutions.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous consulting experience, whether through a recognised consulting role or a consulting bootcamp.
  • Strong business analytical skills and understanding of technology-enabled transformation.
  • Knowledge of ADS client needs and pain points.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Experience adapting to different industries, client cultures, and project scopes.

It would be great if you had

  • MOD DV clearance.
  • Client-facing consulting experience in a recognised consulting business.
  • Professional consulting accreditation.
  • Awareness of P3M3 and/or Business Case development.
  • Experience supporting bids and proposals for technology consulting work.
  • Familiarity with working in small consulting teams.

Location: commutable to Bristol or London.

Salary: up to £50,000 depending on experience.

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Security Clearance: SC and eligible to obtain DV also.
