Business Consultant

In response to our continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Business Consultant to join our Consulting team and help our Education customers leverage the full potential of TechnologyOne's innovative solutions.
As a Business Consultant for our SaaS ERP solutions, you will be responsible for delivering consulting services and drive continuous improvement for our customers within the Education industry. You will work closely with clients and internal delivery teams to support the implementation of our Student Management solution and provide a seamless transition that enables successful system implementations and long-term customer success.
What you'll be doing…
Work within a Delivery Team implementing the TechnologyOne Student Management solution for our Education customers Deliver training, lead solution workshops and provide implementation support on system implementation projects Manage customer expectations with delivery of consulting services to align with our implementation methodology Document lessons learned and provide knowledge transfer to customers and internal stakeholders Contribute to revenue generation through meeting utilisation KPIs and identification of further service opportunities Support continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices Proactively communicate any issues that may/will impact delivery success

Your Talents…
Proven experience in project delivery for SaaS ERP platforms, ideally with exposure to Student Management, Financial, Curriculum Management or Timetabling & Scheduling systems. Strong preference with experience using TechnologyOne SaaS ERP systems or equivalent experience with other solutions in the Education industry Knowledge and experience working within the Education sector, ideally working within student administration streams and/or having student system implementation experience Broad understanding of the key business activity across the student administration lifecycle. In-depth functional knowledge of a specific business process area or areas (such as admissions, curriculum management, student finance, academic progression, scheduling, statutory reporting) would be advantageous Focus on customer outcomes and a drive to deliver a compelling customer experience Strong communication and client-facing abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
