Blackmont Consulting is a student‑led consulting organization established in 2020. We support client projects through structured analysis, research, and performance‑improvement strategies. Our teams work on defined business cases, helping organizations make informed decisions through data‑driven insights.

šŸ“Œ Key Responsibilities

  • Work in teams of 6–8 to tackle real-world business problems.
  • Conduct market analysis, trend predictions, and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop primary research sources across industry contacts, customers, suppliers, and competitors.
  • Assess sector, currency, political, and regulatory risks.
  • Perform financial modelling and valuation of companies.
  • Analyse financial performance and returns on capital.
  • Gather, interpret, and analyse data.
  • Present findings to case team members and client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to innovative strategies and tools for client engagement.

Membership Fee: £50 total

  • Ā£25 due on the day the candidate accepts their offer

šŸ“˜ Program Structure

Month 1: Consultants complete a mandatory self‑paced learning program using Blackmont’s internal resources.

After Month 1: The Project Manager will onboard the consultant and other team members. This marks the start of the real-case consulting project, where consultants work directly on client deliverables. The Project Manager will hold meetings, provide guidance, and support consultants throughout the project.
