🎓 Eligibility Requirements

• Open to Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD students (any year).
• Minimum 3‑month commitment.
• This program is non‑remunerated and uniquely open to students.
• Previous experience is helpful but not required.

💼 Membership Information (Clear & Transparent)

To join Blackmont and access internal learning tools, consultants complete a membership process.

Membership Fee: £50 total

• £25 due on the day the candidate accepts their offer
• £25 due within one month

What Membership Provides:

• Access to a self‑paced learning course during the first month
• Access to the shared drive containing resources on:
  • project management
  • market research
  • strategy
  • operations, and more
• Internal tools and documents used by consulting teams
• Access is granted once membership is confirmed

📘 Program Structure

Month 1: Consultants complete a mandatory self‑paced learning program using Blackmont’s internal resources.

After Month 1: The Project Manager will onboard the consultant and other team members. This marks the start of the real-case consulting project, where consultants work directly on client deliverables. The Project Manager will hold meetings, provide guidance, and support consultants throughout the project.
