Business Continuity & Resilience Manager

Role:

We are seeking a curious, collaborative, and dedicated Business Continuity and Resilience Manager to focus on operational readiness and crises escalation. Reporting to the Head of Security, you will lead business continuity, resilience framework design, and crisis escalation protocols across 28 critical functions. You will collaborate with the wider project team to conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and build robust, ISO 22301-aligned continuity plans. You will serve as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for HS2 resilience reporting, representing the SCS Joint Venture at monthly and quarterly client forums. In this role, you will help embed a strong practical culture of preparedness across our major infrastructure footprint. By linking daily operations with clear risk management strategies, you will ensure our teams can protect assets and keep the project moving forward during any disruptions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
