Business Continuity Support Analyst
You will support the Business Continuity (BC) Planning team in driving and overseeing operational execution of the BC Planning programme including coordination of critical programmes and supporting the tooling platform's development roadmap.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Risk & Resiliency Management Associate position, which is part of the job family responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure operational continuity and resilience in the face of potential threats or disruptions that could impact the organization, plus management of ongoing incidents.

What You'll Do In The Role
- Support Business Continuity Planning program requirements by providing guidance to Business Unit Stakeholders to ensure their Business Continuity Plans adhere to the Firm's Business Continuity Management Policy and Procedures
- Support or contribute to local, regional and global managed projects as required to ensure delivery of BC Planning targets
- Supporting the BC tooling platform's development roadmap:
- Assist in BC tooling QA and UA Testing
- Assist with managing the product backlog, prioritizing features based on value, effort, and dependencies
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery and improvement
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements
- Support product documentation
- Design and provide Business Continuity Planning tool training as required
- Support the BC Planning team in preparing regional stakeholder briefings
- Coordinate monthly reporting collation and distribution for program governance and monitoring purposes
- Extend BC Planning support during a disruptive event, including escalation, communication, and documenting lessons learned
- Role will require occasional travel to support Recovery Site tests in other EMEA locations

What You'll Bring To The Role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology related field
- Project management experience
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Visio)
- Advanced Microsoft applications knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Excellent organizational, assessing, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Preferred knowledge or understanding of Business Continuity Planning lifecycle
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in the corporate sector would generally be expected to possess the skills required for this role
