Company Description

Blue Sky Trust is an HIV Charity working across North East England and Cumbria.

You’ll be joining a small but impactful charity with a proud legacy rooted in community care and activism. What began in the 1990s as a volunteer-led project offering vital support to individuals diagnosed with HIV has grown into a specialist organisation delivering targeted education and wellbeing interventions.

Today, we work in close partnership with the NHS, local authority and other voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs), to ensure that people living with or at risk of HIV receive inclusive, compassionate, and effective support as well as opportunities to use their lived experience to benefit others.

Our services are continually growing and evolving to meet the changing needs of the people we support. We’re committed to creating a dynamic working environment where staff have regular opportunities to develop their skills, take on new challenges, and stay engaged in meaningful, impactful work.

Role Description

We are looking for an organised, proactive and values-driven Business Coordinator to join our experienced and passionate team.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of our charity. The Business Coordinator will ensure the smooth, effective and professional running of our operations, supporting staff, volunteers, members and stakeholders with excellence and care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
