Opportunity & Role Purpose
We are seeking a visionary Business Designer to join our global Business Transformation (BX) Team. In this role, you will drive international growth and organizational evolution for our clients, acting as an internal transformation advisor. You will blend structured management consulting principles with cutting-edge technology and human-centric product design. Working within a core BX Team, you will translate complex global market data into compelling, high-stakes narratives that secure stakeholder buy-in, modernize our operational models, and scale cross-border revenue streams and products.
This role could be based in any of our major global centers and reports to the BX Practice President, International Markets.
Core Responsibilities
- Pitch Leadership: Act as the BX lead on priority global pitches and new-business pursuits. Bring the BX point of view into the room early, probe and reframe business challenges with agility, imagination, and purpose.
- Senior Client Engagement: Build trusted-advisor relationships at the CMO, CSO, and CEO level. Run diagnostic sessions alongside account teams and move client relationships into enterprise strategy.
- Codifying the BX body of work: Serve as the primary author and keeper of next-generation BX materials. Turn the practice’s thinking and live client work into frameworks, points of view, and signature assets that carry the BX brand and get reused across markets.
- Product-Led Transformation Strategy: Partner with cross-functional product and engineering teams to drive the discovery, user journey mapping, and design of next-generation digital media products and ad formats.
- Strategic Narrative Design: Translate complex transformation roadmaps, regional data sets, and technical insights into a clear internal narrative that aligns decentralized global teams behind a shared point of view.
- Case studies and proof points: BX-grade case studies with named clients and outcomes.
- Signature IP: Develop and maintain the practice’s owned assets, including diagnostic frameworks and any published index.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
