Role Description
This is a contract, hybrid Business Development Executive role based in Bournemouth, with the flexibility to work partly from home. The Business Development Executive will:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with local businesses
- Conduct lead generation activities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Engaging prospects via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Presenting LA Trading’s digital taxi advertising solutions
- Negotiating commercial terms
The role also involves:
- Maintaining and developing strong client relationships
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to support campaign delivery and performance
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Solid understanding of Business principles and commercial awareness, including identifying market opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in presenting and negotiating with clients.
- Account Management experience, including maintaining relationships, handling client queries, and supporting repeat business.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or local advertising/media sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Comfortable with basic CRM tools and Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
- Valid right to work in the UK and willingness to travel locally within Bournemouth and surrounding areas as needed.
