Why Malaga Real Estate is a boutique agency specialising in premium property sales on the Costa del Sol. We don't just sell properties — we guide international buyers through every step of relocating to Málaga, from finding the right home to settling into a new life through our signature Soft Landing service.

The opportunity
Málaga is one of Europe's fastest-growing destinations for international buyers — and the British market has historically been one of the most active on the Costa del Sol. Post-Brexit fiscal and residency dynamics have created a new wave of demand from UK nationals actively exploring their options in Spain, and Málaga sits at the top of that list.
We are looking for a well-connected business developer based anywhere in the UK to build and manage a network of partners who regularly work with clients considering a move or investment in Spain.
This is not a traditional sales role. It's a relationship-driven position for someone who already moves in the right circles and understands how to create value for professional partners before asking for anything in return.

Your focus
You will identify, approach and nurture referral partnerships with:
- International law firms and tax advisors (emigration, non-dom restructuring, post-Brexit residency planning)
- Wealth managers, private banks and family offices
- Relocation agencies and expat service providers
- Pension and retirement advisors (QROPS, SIPP, cross-border pension planning)
- Premium UK estate agencies with internationally mobile clients
- Mortgage brokers specialising in overseas property purchases
- Business clubs and professional communities (British Chamber of Commerce in Spain, expat networks, international clubs, etc.)
In parallel, you will also develop direct relationships with British buyers actively considering purchasing property in Málaga.

Each closed operation generates a significant commission. Referral partnerships, once active, generate recurring income with minimal ongoing effort.
Who you are
- Based anywhere in the UK — location matters less than the quality of your network
- Native or fluent English speaker — Spanish is a plus
- Well-networked in financial services, wealth management, legal or expat circles — regardless of city
- Experience in business development, financial services, real estate or relocation
- Familiar with the post-Brexit landscape and the growing interest of UK nationals in EU residency options
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you see this as building something, not filling a role
