Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, and market research
- Present company services and value propositions to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the CRM
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Good understanding of the UK business environment
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially aware
