Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Business Developer to support business growth across the UK market. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong relationship-building skills and a commercial mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors
  • Generate leads through networking, outreach, and market research
  • Present company services and value propositions to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the CRM

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Good understanding of the UK business environment
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially aware
