The Role

This is a full-time position for an experienced Corporate Business Development / Account Manager based in London, reporting to the Head of Corporate Sales and Accounts.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management
    • Manage and nurture relationships with TMCs, OBTs, and corporate clients.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives and project success.

  • Client Support & Service

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients.
    • Provide proactive problem resolution and ensure consistent service excellence.
  • Customer Onboarding

    • Drive end-to-end onboarding for new and existing corporate customers across key products.
  • Revenue Growth

    • Identify opportunities to increase booking volume and revenue.
  • Business Reviews

    • Conduct regular presentations and business reviews with customers.
  • Project Management

    • Oversee the development of custom solutions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Brand Visibility

    • Participate in industry events and conferences to strengthen Travelfusion’s brand visibility.
  • Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare and analyse customer feedback reports.
    • Identify growth opportunities based on data insights.
  • Contract Management

    • Handle contract renewal and negotiation with key corporate clients.

About You

Industry Experience & Knowledge

✅ 5+ years of experience in the Flights Business Unit of:

  • A TMC (Travel Management Company)
  • An OBT (Online Booking Tool), or
  • Airline Sales

✅ Strong understanding of:

  • Airline distribution (LCC – Low-Cost Carriers, FSC – Fully Self-Content, NDC – New Distribution Capability).
  • The complexities of the corporate travel ecosystem.

Key Qualities

✅ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. ✅ Technical problem-solving expertise:

  • Proven ability to handle complex technical requirements (e.g., API integrations). ✅ Deep knowledge of payment options/challenges in corporate travel bookings. ✅ Understanding of how tech providers, TMCs, and OBTs interact within the industry.

Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid role based in London, with office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
