The Role
This is a full-time position for an experienced Corporate Business Development / Account Manager based in London, reporting to the Head of Corporate Sales and Accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing

Stakeholder and Relationship Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships with TMCs (Travel Management Companies), OBTs (Online Booking Tools), and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives and project success.

Client Support and Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients.
- Provide proactive problem resolution and ensure consistent service excellence.

Customer Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new and existing corporate customers to key products offered by Travelfusion.

Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities to increase booking volume revenue.

Business Reviews:
- Conduct regular presentations and business reviews with customers.

Project Management:
- Project management of the development of customised solutions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve success.

Brand Visibility:
- Participate in industry events and conferences to strengthen Travelfusion’s brand visibility.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and analyse reports for customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities for growth.

Contract Management:
- Manage contract renewal and negotiation with key corporate clients.

About You
Industry Experience and Knowledge
- 5+ years of experience in the Flights Business Unit of a TMC, OBT, or in Airline Sales.
- Strong grasp of airline distribution (LCC: Low-Cost Carriers, FSC: Full-Service Carriers, NDC: New Distribution Capability).
- Deep understanding of the complexities of the corporate travel ecosystem.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Problem Solving
- Proven experience dealing with complex technical requirements, especially API integrations and problem-solving.
Payment Expertise
- Understanding of the payment options and challenges for corporate travel bookings.
Industry Knowledge
- Experience understanding how tech providers, TMCs, and OBTs are linked within the corporate travel industry.
Working Model
- This is a hybrid role based in London.
- Team days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
