We’re searching for a proven and ambitious Business Development & Account Manager to help our Manchester city team grow sustainably by sourcing unforgettable experiences, driving commercial success, and stepping into a team leader role as the team scales.
This role suits someone who is well-connected across Manchester and the North West, with a strong network of influential hospitality, leisure, and experience-led businesses.
What You’ll Be Doing
The City Team (sales team) leads our growth strategy, driving double-digit annual revenue growth through securing premier experiences. You’ll start by focusing on Manchester & the North West, reigniting our market presence, securing elite partnerships, and building a sustainable pipeline. As the portfolio grows, you’ll split time between account management (expanding existing relationships) and B2B sales (securing new partnerships).
To excel, you’ll need:

- Commercial and strategic – able to close deals while building long-term value.

- Background: experience in B2B sales or transferable expertise in hospitality/leisure.
- Assets: insights into industry networks and venues (hotels, Michelin dining, spas).
The role requires flexibility (office-based in Manchester), own transport, and visits to other HQs.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development 담당
- Pipeline Growth: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
- Ideas & Scaling for Accounts: Identify upsell opportunities and tailor strategies.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with teams to develop long-term business models.
- Opportunity Identification: Leverage deep industry knowledge to find the right partnerships.
- Efficient Outreach: Combine scheduled meetings with ad-hoc venue drops to optimise time.
