Business Development Account Manager

Location: London (Hybrid/Flexible)
Working Pattern: Hybrid

Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of financial services clients across the US and EMEA.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving consistent revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Develop strategic account plans to maximise customer value and commercial potential.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across investment banks and boutique research firms.
  • Partner with internal product and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Consistently achieve ambitious revenue growth targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven success in B2B sales or commercially focused account management.
  • A hunter mentality with a passion for identifying opportunities and growing revenue.
  • Experience selling data, analytics, financial information, SaaS or subscription-based solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders within financial services.
  • A proactive, target-driven approach with a track record of exceeding commercial objectives.
