Job in a nutshell:
As part of our Sales team, this role provides a unique opportunity to drive growth within the Financial Services sector by focusing on the Fintech part of the market. You will be responsible for building new pipeline and unlocking whitespace opportunities by bringing the best of the FinTech and innovation ecosystem into these clients—positioning Atos as the partner that can help scale, integrate, and industrialise emerging solutions and technology. By connecting established institutions with innovative partners, you’ll develop high-value relationships, shape differentiated propositions and translate market disruption into tangible business outcomes. Technology Services remains a key driver of our UK growth strategy, and you will be supported by deep industry expertise and technical capability to deliver scalable, forward-looking solutions at enterprise level.
What you will be doing:
- Driving Growth & Market Presence: Build and convert a strong pipeline within Financial Services by actively engaging with the wider innovation ecosystem, leveraging industry networks, partnerships and market forums to generate new opportunities, win new logos, and expand into whitespace within existing clients.
- Ecosystem & Partnership Development: Establish and nurture relationships across emerging FinTech communities, partners, and industry bodies to unlock collaboration opportunities and elevate brand presence in the market.
- Client Engagement: Understand client priorities and market disruption trends, translating these into innovative, outcome-led solutions while building trust with senior stakeholders across business and technology. Build relationships that can grow over time making you a trusted advisor that will drive future business. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of both the opportunities Fintechs have as well as the challenges they face to scale and succeed.
- Sales Leadership: Win professional services contracts, and consistently meet or exceeding sales targets through proactive origination and deal shaping.
- Opportunity Ownership: Take full accountability for opportunity creation and pursuit from early-stage qualification through to close, including shaping propositions, managing stakeholders, and negotiating successful outcomes.
- Executive Influence: Lead compelling presentations, workshops, and negotiations with senior stakeholders, positioning Atos as a strategic partner in innovation and transformation.

Requirements:
Key attributes found in our team include the below:
- Sales & Market Development: Proven success in originating and securing opportunities, with a strong passion for Financial Services and FinTech. Demonstrates a genuine interest in market disruption, digital innovation, and using these insights to build pipeline, win new logos, and expand within existing accounts.
- FinTech & Innovation Mindset: Deep curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, FinTech ecosystems, and innovation trends, with the ability to translate these into tangible commercial opportunities and differentiated client propositions. Experience working with Fintechs or the community is essential.
- Ecosystem Engagement: Actively engaged in the wider Financial Services and innovation landscape, building relationships across networks, partners, and communities to create opportunities, foster collaboration, and grow market presence.
- Entrepreneurial Approach: Self-starting and opportunity-led, able to spot whitespace, create demand from early-stage ideas, and adapt quickly to evolving client needs and market shifts.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of Financial Services priorities and transformation drivers, with the ability to shape outcome-focused solutions that align technology innovation to business value.
- Client Engagement & Influence: Excellent communication skills, with the credibility and passion to engage and influence senior stakeholders, bringing fresh thinking and innovation-led perspectives to client conversations.
- Accountability & Delivery: Proven track record of owning the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity creation through to close—while operating effectively in complex, competitive environments.
- Collaborative Leadership: Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, partners, innovation specialists) to co-create and win deals in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment.
