Equally AI is a web accessibility company and part of AudioEye, a NASDAQ listed company under AEYE. We help companies make their websites and digital products accessible to people with disabilities and compliant with accessibility regulations in the U.S. and Europe, including ADA, Section 508, WCAG, and the European Accessibility Act.
Our platform enables teams to detect, monitor, and fix accessibility at scale. We’re looking for experienced Executive Business Development Consultants to support selected commercial initiatives across the EU. This is an advisory role for senior professionals with experience in complex B2B sales.

Responsibilities
- Act as an EU market advisor.
- Provide direct feedback from real enterprise and mid-market buying environments.
- Surface buyer objections, procurement blockers, and decisionmakers in EU markets.
- Map how compliance products are evaluated inside EU procurement flows.
- Support deal shaping by advising on who influences decisions and how approvals happen.
- Feed real market insight back into GTM, product, and partner strategy.
Who you are
- You have experience working with mid market or enterprise customer-facing websites.
- You have operated in senior sales, advisory, or commercial roles. You understand how enterprise buying decisions are made.
- You are comfortable working as an independent consultant or advisor.

Relevant experience
- Background within digital marketing, technology, compliance, cybersecurity, or enterprise software environments. Previous roles may include senior sales leadership, consulting, partnerships, or fractional roles.
