Job Summary

The Business Development Analyst will oversee system maintenance, streamline processes through automation, and manage key administrative tasks to support staff and management. The role includes responsibilities across data entry, scheduling, and systems coordination, with a focus on ensuring smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities

System Maintenance & Automation

  • Maintain all project systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline processes using innovative ideas.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime and ensure maximum productivity.

Data Entry and Record Keeping

  • Enter and update data in databases such as CRM, Airtables, AutoDesk, and SharePoint.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all systems and platforms.
  • Generate reports and provide dashboard reporting for insights and tracking.

Scheduling and Coordination

  • Coordinate weekly Account updates and review internal system changes to ensure no new project opportunities are missed.

  • Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
  • Support management with various tasks and projects to aid team efficiency and success.

Communication Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to document processes and collaborate across teams.

Organizational Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple systems and projects concurrently.
