Business Development and Account Manager – UK and Ireland

Account & Sales Manager – Scandinavian Design Portfolio (London, UK/IR)

Join three iconic Scandinavian design brands and help shape their next chapter in the UK and Ireland.

String Furniture, Grythyttan Stålmöbler, and Kasthall are joining forces to accelerate growth in the region. These Swedish brands embody the enduring values of Nordic design: timeless aesthetics, exceptional craftsmanship, innovation, and enduring quality.

We are seeking a commercially driven Account & Sales Manager to represent our trio of brands across both Home and Contract sectors and drive our European expansion in the fastest-growing furniture markets.

This opportunity

Based in London, with close collaboration across international teams in Sweden and Europe, you’ll play a pivotal role in:

  • Driving commercial growth in the UK & Ireland.
  • Building strategic partnerships with retailers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
  • Expanding the reach of three of Scandinavia’s most recognised design brands.

You’ll thrive where relationship-building, passion for design, and commercial insight come together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and execute strategic business plans across the UK & Ireland.
  • Foster enduring relationships with retailers, dealers, architects, interior designers, and key stakeholders.
  • Grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities in Home and Contract sectors.
  • Support retail partners in achieving sales targets through training, business development, and customer engagement.
  • Represent the brands as influencers in design, architectural, and furniture communities.
  • Collaborate with diffuse marketing, product teams, and communication partners for market initiatives.
  • Conduct presentations, training sessions, and product launches to strengthen client engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs, delivering actionable insights.
  • Act as a dedicated ambassador for String Furniture, Grythyttan Stålmöbler, and Kasthall.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
