Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you an ambitious marketing or business development professional looking to take the next step in your career?

We are partnering with a highly regarded professional services firm that is investing heavily in its growth strategy, technology, and business services functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team where you'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders, contribute to strategic initiatives, and play a visible role in driving business growth.

This is a broad and varied position offering a true mix of marketing, communications, CRM, client development, events, and business development activities.

The Opportunity

Working closely with senior marketing and business development leaders, you will support a range of key projects and initiatives designed to strengthen client relationships, raise the firm's profile, and generate new business opportunities.

A significant part of the role will involve taking ownership of the firm's legal directory submissions programme, while also supporting the rollout and optimisation of CRM technology and helping deliver targeted business development campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate legal directory submissions, including Chambers, Legal 500 and other industry rankings.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to gather content, manage deadlines and coordinate referee processes.
  • Analyse directory feedback and identify opportunities to enhance market profile.
  • Support CRM initiatives, data management and user adoption.
  • Assist with CRM rollout, optimisation and ongoing development projects.
  • Conduct market and client research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Support business development campaigns, client targeting and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Coordinate client events, networking opportunities and business development meetings.
  • Create and maintain pitch, proposal and business development materials.
  • Maintain business development resources and internal knowledge systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
