Company Description

Synqed AI designs custom AI agents and end-to-end automation systems that remove manual, repetitive work so teams can focus on driving growth. We build solutions for lead follow-up, client onboarding, reporting, data processing, and internal workflows that run continuously without increasing headcount.

We partner with founders, operators, and growing businesses that want to move faster and operate leaner by using AI as core infrastructure. Our services include custom AI chatbots, business process automation, workflow integration and optimization, and AI strategy and implementation.

Role Description

Synqed AI is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to help grow our client base.

This is a full-time, remote, commission-based role. Your earnings are directly tied to the clients you bring in, offering unlimited earning potential. Outstanding performers will have opportunities for promotion into salaried leadership and business development roles as Synqed AI continues to grow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Conducting discovery calls and client meetings.
  • Preparing tailored proposals that align Synqed AI's services with client needs.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and closing.
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborating with product and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Tracking pipeline performance and providing market feedback.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Experience selling B2B technology, SaaS, AI, or automation solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital collaboration tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent practical experience is welcome.
