About This Position
Join us as a Business Development and Strategy Analyst Graduate and get the opportunity to work alongside professionals from diverse backgrounds to achieve common goals and drive organisational success. This is how you can dare to make an impact:
What you'll do
- Support the Power and Life Sciences EIMEA Leadership Team in managing and delivering on global and regional key accounts.
- Assist the team in developing monthly business reviews and rolling forecast reports.
- Support the achievement of growth targets across both regional and global account portfolios.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of sales tools, including presentations, promotional collateral, and sample packs.
- Provide in-depth evaluation, analysis, and interpretation of business management and development tools.
- Collaborate with the team on strategic initiatives, including brainstorming and problem-solving to drive maximum growth.
- Support the leadership team with ongoing and ad hoc projects.
- Work closely with the global intern team across P&LS (Germany and the USA).
- Partner with Business Directors, Global and Regional Key Account Managers, Marketing & Customer Activation, Application Engineering, Business Strategy, and PMO teams.

What makes you a good fit
- Graduate before September 2026 (and not more than two years prior) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong commercial and financial awareness.
- Hold a full, clean, valid driving licence and passport.
- Be proactive, passionate, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
- Possess good intercultural sensitivity.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be an analytical problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
- Show personal initiative and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
- Bring exceptional IT skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
