Business Development Assistant - Up to £40,000 + Bonus – Hospitality Business

Central London (Hybrid after probation)

We're looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Assistant to join a fast-growing hospitality group with an exciting portfolio of bars across London. With multiple new venue openings planned each year, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that's expanding rapidly and investing in its people.

Working closely with the Head of Business Development, you'll play a key role in driving new business across the group's venues. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and taking ownership of their sales pipeline while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.

The Role:

  • Support the Head of Business Development in delivering the group's sales strategy.
  • Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, emails, networking, and relationship building.
  • Identify corporate, private hire, and events opportunities across the venue portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Manage enquiries and follow up on leads to maximise conversion.
  • Work closely with venue teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Maintain CRM records and report on sales activity.

About You:

  • Previous experience in proactive sales within the hospitality, leisure, or hotel sector.
  • A proven track record of generating new business and developing client relationships.
  • A confident, target-driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business.
  • Commercially minded, strategic, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Motivated by working within a fast-paced, growing hospitality business
