Business Development Associate
Salary: Negotiable base + uncapped commission (OTE £50k in your first year)
Location: Manchester & Northampton (office-based)
Reporting to: Commercial Director

Key Responsibilities
You will learn and execute consultative selling, objection handling, R&D tax fundamentals, and high-impact outreach under expert mentorship while:
- Prospecting leads – identifying decision-makers (e.g., business owners, directors, C-suite)
- Qualifying leads and booking high-quality meetings (your pipeline volume is your primary metric)
- Mastering outreach using:
- Salesforce (CRM)
- Sequencing tools (automation)
- LinkedIn (networking)
- Refining your pitch based on real-time client and peer feedback
- Shadowing live deals and receiving mentorship from top-performing sales professionals
- Gaining cross-functional exposure across:
- Technical consultancy
- Operations
- Client delivery
