About Turbosoft
Turbosoft is a systems integration company that helps growing businesses fix their disconnected systems. We connect the tools companies already rely on, including CRM, ERP, data platforms, AI, and automation, so their teams stop copying data between spreadsheets and start working from a single source of truth.
We are a lean, ambitious business with delivery operations in the UK and India, long-standing client relationships spanning 20+ years, and a growing presence at major UK tech events including London Tech Week. We are now investing in business development, and this role is at the heart of that growth.
The role
You will be the engine behind our new business pipeline. Prospect lists will be provided, so your focus is on starting conversations, nurturing warm leads, and turning interest into booked discovery calls. You will work directly with the Founder and join the initial client calls, giving you real exposure to how deals are shaped and won.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
