Green & Sustainability Recruitment Flexible | Part-Time | Remote | Commission-Based
Allen & York specialises in recruiting talent across the green economy, including Environment, Energy, Sustainability & ESG, and Health, Safety & Wellbeing.
We’re looking for Business Development Associates to introduce new clients and hiring opportunities - our internal team handles recruitment delivery.
The Role
- Generate qualified hiring leads across renewable energy, sustainability, environmental services, engineering, and infrastructure
- Build trusted relationships with senior decision makers
- Identify upcoming hiring needs via your network
- Make warm introductions to our recruitment team
