Entry-Level Business Development Associate
Location: Middlesbrough (On-site) Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday Salary: £26,000 – £31,000 per year + performance incentives Company: Meridian

As an Entry-Level Business Development Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience across:

As you develop, you’ll gain exposure to:

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in ongoing training focused on:

- Support the delivery and coordination of client campaigns
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and clients
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs
- Support day-to-day business operations and team coordination
- Represent client brands professionally during customer interactions
- Contribute to team objectives and overall business performance
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and proactive approach to work

- No prior experience required — full training provided
- Previous experience in:
- Customer service

- Hospitality

- Sales
- Or other customer-facing roles may be beneficial but is not essential
