Business Development Associate Programme – deVere Investment Ltd

deVere Investment Ltd is one of the largest private investment banking companies in Mauritius, offering a unique opportunity for ambitious individuals to launch their careers in international financial advisory.
We are currently selecting a small group of high potential trainees passionate about financial services. Your journey begins with a three-week onboarding course at the deVere Malta Training Academy (July 2026), followed by a full-time role in one of our Global Offices upon successful completion.

Programme Overview
Phase 1: Malta Onboarding (July 2026, 3 weeks)
- Training location: deVere Malta Training Academy
- Focus: Foundational knowledge of:
- Core private investment banking principles
- Financial advisory methods
- Client engagement and product introduction
- Emphasis: Practical, team-orientated training
