£26,000 – £29,000 Base Salary (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
Year 1 OTE: £50,000 – £70,000
Top Performers Earn: £80,000+

We're now looking for ambitious Business Development Associates to help drive the growth of our expanding North American events portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and introducing companies to our international exhibitions.
The Opportunity
This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to build a career in business development and consultative sales.
As a Business Development Associate, you'll focus on generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, social selling, LinkedIn networking, and relationship building. You'll introduce businesses to our events, qualify opportunities, and build a strong pipeline while developing valuable commercial skills.

What You'll Be Doing
- Generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Building relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Using LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage prospective exhibitors
- Identifying businesses that would benefit from exhibiting at our international events
- Managing and nurturing your own sales pipeline
- Working closely with senior sales colleagues to maximise opportunities
- Developing expertise across multiple international markets
- Contributing to the continued growth of our North American events portfolio

Previous business development or sales experience is beneficial but not essential. Full training and continuous coaching will be provided.
What You'll Get
- Competitive base salary of £26,000 – £29,000
- Uncapped commission with realistic Year 1 earnings of £60,000 – £80,000
