Business Development at Fleek
Account Manager – Fleek
We're looking for people who want to build something that matters and move fast doing it.
Can You Help Us Fix the World’s Most Broken Supply Chain?
The fashion industry produces over 100 billion garments annually, with 60% ending up in landfills—not because people don’t want these clothes, but because the supply chain for secondhand fashion is completely offline, manual, and broken.
At Fleek, we’re fixing this with our mission to make secondhand the first choice. We’re building the infrastructure that powers the global secondhand clothing trade: a B2B marketplace and AI systems digitising the supply chain. Through Fleek, vintage stores, online resellers, and retail buyers can source graded secondhand inventory directly from wholesalers and rag houses globally. Our AI model, FleekSort, grades, prices, and categorises items from photos, turning an opaque, manual trade into a structured, searchable marketplace.
Since 2022, we’ve saved 9 million items from landfill and tripled our size year-on-year. Funded by a16z, Y Combinator, and others, we now serve thousands of resellers and retailers across the UK, Europe, and US, with the secondhand fashion market projected to hit $350B by 2027.
We’re looking for someone who wants to grow a portfolio of Fleek’s marketplace customers, driving retention and wallet share expansion. If you love problem-solving, unbroken by ambiguity, and want to make a real-world impact, keep reading.
About The Role
We need an Account Manager to own and grow a book of Fleek’s marketplace customers—driving retention, wallet share expansion, and long-term customer health.
You’ll manage a mix of online resellers, vintage stores, and enterprise buyers across the UK and US, acting as their single point of contact while building scalable account management systems. These SMBs and Trade buyers range from small boutique entrepreneurs to large-scale resellers, all competing for wallet share against global wholesalers.
This isn’t a passive relationship management role. You’ll need to deeply understand your customers’ businesses, proactively solve their problems, and grow their spend month-over-month using a mix of push strategies, process automation, and AI-enabled account management. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, and technologically curious, with a love of structured problem-solving at scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
