About Us

LGC is a UK-based startup specializing in workforce upskilling for AI, cybersecurity, and cloud, built on unique market research bridging the GCC and UK skills gap. We're early-stage, fast-moving, and backed by strategic industry partners, looking for someone who wants to build something real, not just fill a role.

The Opportunity

We're building our founding UK client base and need someone who can genuinely open doors, not just follow up on leads. This is a commission-based freelance role, but with real upside: highly competitive commission rates, no cap on earning potential, and a seat at the table as we grow, you will not be treated like "just another rep." As an early hire, you'll have real influence on how we shape our UK strategy and offering.

What Makes This Different

Unlike most training providers, LGC is built on direct market research connecting UK skills gaps to global talent and delivery partnerships, giving us a genuinely unique angle in a crowded market. We're also backed by strategic industry partnerships that give us real credibility and delivery capability beyond what a typical early-stage training startup could offer, this isn't a shot in the dark, it's a company with real infrastructure behind it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven ability to open new business relationships and close deals independently, someone who can genuinely get us in front of decision-makers, not wait for warm intros
  • Comfortable with a startup pace and ambiguity, this is not a role with a rigid playbook, you'll help write it
  • Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development (training/L&D/tech sectors a strong plus, but not required)
  • Self-driven; you succeed on your own hustle, and we reward that hustle generously
