Job Description:
Fulfillant is hiring a United Kingdom/Euro/USA-based Business Development Consultant to acquire new Shopify, WooCommerce, DTC, and dropshipping clients across United Kingdom/Euro/USA markets.
We are a China-based sourcing and fulfillment partner with an 80-person team, a 1,600 sqm warehouse, and daily processing capacity of approximately 3,000 orders. Our services cover product sourcing, quotations, purchasing, quality control, warehousing, packing, global delivery, after-sales support, and customized packaging.

- Build and manage a pipeline of United Kingdom/Euro/USA e-commerce merchants.
- Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, communities, partnerships, and events.
- Understand client needs around sourcing, shipping cost, delivery time, product quality, and branded fulfillment.
- Introduce Fulfillant, qualify opportunities, and coordinate quotations with our China-based operations team.
- Convert qualified prospects into first-order clients and ensure a smooth Customer Success handover.
- Report weekly on pipeline, meetings, quotes, and high-intent opportunities.
What we are looking for:
- Based in United Kingdom/Euro/USA and legally able to work as an independent contractor.
- Fluent English required; German, French, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian is a strong advantage.
- 2+ years in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, e-commerce, logistics, 3PL, sourcing, or dropshipping.
- Existing understanding of United Kingdom/Euro/USA DTC and Shopify merchants is preferred.
- Strong outbound sales discipline and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable collaborating remotely with a China-based operations team.

Compensation:
- €3,500–€4,500 per month during the pilot, depending on experience and market.
- Performance commission based on collected and finance-confirmed customer contribution margin.
- 30-day review, with possible extension up to 90 days.
