Role Overview

Working closely with Regional Heads of Department, you’ll focus on generating opportunities, re-connecting with past clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones. This is a relationship-led role where your ability to engage, influence and build trust over the phone and via email will be key. You’ll be speaking with a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and senior decision-makers, helping to uncover opportunities and support long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales, business development, or managing client relationships
  • Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders and high-value clients
  • A proactive, resilient approach with the ability to stay motivated over longer sales cycles
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organisation and a natural sense of commercial awareness
  • A self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
