As Neurofer continues to grow, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Business Development Consultant to help expand our private self-pay ADHD and Autism assessment services across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking healthcare organisation dedicated to providing timely, high-quality neurodevelopmental assessments. Reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to identify new opportunities, generate patient enquiries, and contribute to Neurofer's continued growth.
The Role
You will be responsible for generating high-quality private self-pay patient leads through your own business development activities, networking, partnerships, and innovative marketing initiatives.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and thinking creatively to reach individuals and organisations that could benefit from Neurofer's services. This is a flexible, results-driven role where you'll have the freedom to develop your own approach while receiving support from our leadership team.

Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in new business development.
- Demonstrable success in lead generation.
- Strong business development and consulting skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional networks.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results.

Desirable:
- Experience within healthcare.
- Knowledge of neurodevelopmental services, including ADHD and Autism.
- Experience working with private healthcare providers or healthcare organisations.
