Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to business planning and sales strategy, tracking performance metrics, and representing Enhanced Systems in a professional manner at meetings and industry events.

I'm not one for KPIs or micromanaging, do what you need to get the result you want. Comms are 30% of whatever margin you make for the business - no quibbling or post deal arguing, it's there in black and white, 30% of what you bring in is yours to keep.

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Development and Lead Generation skills to build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Consulting capabilities, including the ability to understand client requirements and provide solution-oriented guidance.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Planning skills to support sales strategies, forecasting, and account development.
  • Experience in B2B technology or IT infrastructure sales, ideally within networking hardware or licensing, is highly beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment.
