Job Description

Emerging BDM role in Cyber Security, learning enterprise sales and being an all round technology consultant. If you’re great with people, have a passion for technology and want to work in a business development role then this is the job for you.

Culture & work ethos is our top priority. We seek individuals who are eager to challenge themselves and accelerate their professional growth early in their careers. If you are ambitious and ready to dive into the world of tech, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Need

  • A passion for sales and technology – A genuine enthusiasm for both the art of selling and the ever-evolving world of technology. You should be excited by the challenge of connecting people with innovative solutions, enjoy learning about new tech trends and products, and thrive on helping customers understand how technology can solve real-world problems. This passion should drive your curiosity, fuel your persistence, and inspire confidence in clients as you guide them through the decision making process.
  • Strong people skills – you’ll be working with customers all day via telephone, email, and Teams, so being presentable and engaging is key.
  • Confidence in presenting – you’ll be conducting discovery sessions and product demonstrations alongside our team of solutions architects and suppliers, so the ability to present clearly and concisely is important.
  • Quick adaptability – you’ll receive training, but we need someone who can hit the ground running.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
