Business Development Consultant – HF1347241
Location: Stockton-on-Tees Salary: £25,750 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £8,500)

About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who drives results through outbound activity, relationship-building, and a resilient, target-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through:
- Networking
- Prospecting
- Outbound activity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Manage the full sales process, from initial contact to closing business
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Present proposals confidently and overcome objections professionally
- Maintain accurate CRM records and performance reporting
- Work towards and exceed revenue, activity, and performance targets

Requirements
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A motivated, target-driven, and resilient mindset
- Sales, customer service, or business development experience (beneficial but not essential)
- Strong organisation and time-management abilities
- Already holds a valid UK full driving licence and has access to a personal vehicle
