Business Development Consultant – HF1347241

Location: Stockton-on-Tees Salary: £25,750 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £8,500)

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who drives results through outbound activity, relationship-building, and a resilient, target-driven approach.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through:
    • Networking
    • Prospecting
    • Outbound activity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Manage the full sales process, from initial contact to closing business
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Present proposals confidently and overcome objections professionally
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and performance reporting
  • Work towards and exceed revenue, activity, and performance targets

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • A motivated, target-driven, and resilient mindset
  • Sales, customer service, or business development experience (beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong organisation and time-management abilities
  • Already holds a valid UK full driving licence and has access to a personal vehicle
