The Role
As our Business Development Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our sales team, creating new opportunities, opening conversations and helping grow our Cistermiser and Keraflo product ranges.
- Work closely with our Business Development Managers, booking quality appointments, uncovering new projects and building relationships with customers across the building services industry.
- Booking appointments for our Business Development Managers through outbound calls, emails and prospecting.
- Speaking with new and existing customers across a range of sectors.
- Identifying exciting new projects using project databases.
- Building relationships with M&E contractors, consultants, architects, facilities managers and end users.
- Tracking projects and opportunities through our CRM system.
- Working alongside our Marketing team on campaigns that generate new business.
- Helping drive sales growth while promoting innovative water-saving solutions.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who's confident, driven and enjoys speaking to people. You don't need to have spent years in the industry, but you do need energy, resilience and a genuine passion for sales.
- Ideally have:
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, cold calling or appointment setting.
- Lead generation or solution-selling experience.
- Commercial awareness and B2B sales knowledge.
- Experience within manufacturing, construction or building services (desirable but not essential!)
- Knowledge of kitchens, bathrooms or specification sales (desirable but not essential!)
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A target-focused mindset with the drive to earn bonus.
