We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator (Inbound) to join our team based at the Stockton on Tees office. Your role will focus on generating sales opportunities, delivering outstanding customer service, and efficiently managing inbound/outbound phone calls and website live chats with both external and internal customers.

Role Details
- Salary: £25,360 (pro rata) + commission
- Location: Portrack Lane, Stockton on Tees, TS18 2PA
- Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (16.5 hrs)
- Hours: Monday - Wednesday (Office-based)
- Leave: 25 days per year (plus bank holidays) + option to buy 5 additional days (pro rata)
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing teams on campaigns and with Digital teams on website leads
- Manage live chat platforms and incoming emails
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in relevant systems
- Deliver consistent messaging following calling briefs
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Build relationships across the business to support commercial goals

Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Experience in business development activities
- Strong background in customer service and relationship building
- Sales experience (office-based)
- Proficiency in IT, including CRM systems
- Preferable: Full UK driving licence
- Excellent verbal communication, listening, and rapid rapport-building skills
