Business Development Director
Thunes Senior B2B Payments Sales Executive Europe Expansion (Dynamic Elite Hunter) - Uncapped Earnings
What Thunes is building Thunes is scaling rapidly across Europe and needs elite sales hunters to: ✔ Open new markets ✔ Close transformational deals across B2B payments
We’re looking for self-starters who love building, thrive on closing high-value deals, and want to sell a product that moves real-time global money.
About the Role
Own and drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiating, closing, and supporting activations. Target fintechs, banks, PSPs, and digital platforms, targeting high-touch, high-value accounts in strategic markets.
Primary Responsibilities

| Hunting & Prospecting | Build and convert a high-quality pipeline of Mid-to-Large fintechs, banks, and PSPs. |
| Engage strategically at founder, C-suite, and senior product levels. | |
| Sales Execution | Seamlessly collaborate with internal teams to execute go-lives and upsell existing accounts. |
| Land strategic logos and owners in new markets, unlocking rapid revenue growth. | |
| Focus on complex, multi-party commercial deals. |

Who You’ll Be
- 8+ years in B2B payments (PSP, fintech, or banking sales)—with hunter-level execution.
- Proven ability to close large, multi-partner agreements (e.g., payment schemes, direct integrations).
- Strong network across European/Asia Pacifique fintechs, banks, PSPs, platforms, and payment instruments (GCash, M-Pesa, AliPay, WeChat Pay, etc.).
- execution-first mentality: proactive, resilience, hands-on, self-driven.
- Fluent in English (other European/ASEAN languages a huge plus).
