D&P is seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to drive growth, win new clients, and build relationships that truly matter. This is a rare opportunity to shape the agency’s market presence and play a central role in our growth strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying and securing new client opportunities.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and penetrate new markets.
- Create and deliver persuasive proposals, pitches, and presentations to win new business.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages to strengthen the agency's position.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Represent the agency at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
- Establish long-term partnerships that support sustainable growth and client retention.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of winning new business and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop long-term client partnerships.
- Excellent sales, negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven approach.
- Strategic thinker capable of identifying market opportunities and shaping growth plans.
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and pitching abilities.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to spot trends and position the business competitively.
- Ambitious, persuasive and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of results.
