New Business Development Manager (Nordic) â LexisNexis Risk Solutions

About the Role
As the New Business Development Manager, youâll take ownership of winning new business in three Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Iceland). Winning high-value, multi-stakeholder deals, often engaging directly with C-suite executives, will be central to your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales cycle, from inbound prospecting to deal closure, with a strategic focus on new logo acquisition.
- Manage and forecast pipeline accurately in Salesforce.
- ** Conduct 10+ face-to-face meetings/month, embedding deep client relationships.
- Apply MEDDPICC & Value Pyramid frameworks to understand customer needs and align tailored solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Solution Consulting, and Technical teams to accelerate deal closure.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan for long-term growth.
- Work with marketing, regulators, and external partners to execute strategic initiatives.
- Leverage account management teams for cross-selling opportunities.
- Utilise Gong & Lusha for prospecting, pipeline management, and deal executing.
Requirements
â 5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise solution sales, preferably within:
- Financial crime
- Fraud prevention
- Identity management
- Compliance solutions
â Proficiency in English; Nordic language skills (NY/SV/IS) advantageous.
â Proven ability to exceed target ACV in a highly complex, solution-based sales environment.
â Strong understanding of the MEDDPICC framework and experience managing high-stakes, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
â Prior experience in banking, fintech, or regtech preferred.
â Outstanding communication, negotiation, and networking skills are essential.
