Business Development Director – Infrastructure & Cyber Security Services
UK | Hybrid | Up to £120,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
Are you a consultative sales professional with a proven track record of winning enterprise clients and growing strategic accounts within the IT services industry?
We're partnering with a global digital engineering and technology services organisation that is investing heavily in its UK growth. They're looking for an experienced Business Development Director to drive new logo acquisition while expanding relationships across an established client portfolio.
This is a true end-to-end sales role, giving you ownership of the entire sales cycle - from identifying opportunities and engaging C-level stakeholders through to deal closure and long-term account growth.

- Winning new enterprise clients across the UK market.
- Growing existing strategic accounts through consultative engagement.
- Owning the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract signature.
- Building trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with offshore delivery and technical teams to shape compelling service propositions.
- Developing strategic account plans and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
- Travelling across the UK to meet customers (approximately 60% travel).
What we're looking for
- 10–15+ years' experience selling IT services.
- Proven success selling Infrastructure Services and Cyber Security Services.
- Experience working within a service-based technology organisation.
- Strong experience collaborating with offshore delivery teams.
- A consultative, solution-led sales approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrable experience managing both new business acquisition and existing client growth.
- Experience selling into sectors such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Media, Non-Profit, Travel or Transport would be highly advantageous.
