The Role

You'll be responsible for originating and delivering Invoice Finance solutions across your patch, developing new business through your established network of professional introducers.

This is a relationship-led role where you'll work closely with finance brokers, debt advisors, accountants, corporate finance boutiques, insolvency practitioners, commercial finance specialists and other professional introducers to structure tailored funding solutions for SME clients.

Supported by an experienced credit and operations team, you'll retain ownership of opportunities from initial introduction through to completion, building long-term relationships with both introducers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new Invoice Finance opportunities through your existing professional network.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with brokers, accountants, debt advisors, insolvency practitioners, corporate finance advisers and other key introducers.
  • Structure bespoke Invoice Finance facilities to meet individual client requirements.
  • Prepare high-quality credit submissions and work collaboratively with internal credit teams to deliver timely decisions.
  • Manage transactions from initial enquiry through to payout and onboarding.
  • Represent the business at industry events and continue building your profile within the commercial finance community.

About You

You'll already be a successful Business Development professional within the Invoice Finance or Asset Based Lending sector and possess an established network of active introducers.

You'll be commercially astute, highly credible with professional intermediaries and thrive in an autonomous environment where your success is determined by the quality of your relationships rather than restrictive processes.

You'll ideally have:

  • A proven track record of originating and completing Invoice Finance transactions.
  • A strong network of finance brokers, debt advisors, accountants, corporate finance advisers, insolvency practitioners and other professional introducers.
  • Excellent commercial and financial analysis skills.
  • The ability to structure tailored funding solutions for a wide variety of SME clients.
  • A self-motivated approach with the discipline to succeed in a fully home-based role.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
