Business Development Director
Open and own a new premium vertical — Sports, Entertainment, Jewellery or Apparel — for a global asset‑light leader in premium packaging & gifting.
The opportunity
Open and own a new premium vertical — end to end.
A senior, autonomous mandate to lead growth into a new vertical — Sports, Entertainment, Jewellery or Apparel — bringing a full platform of packaging, promotional items and gifting to premium brands across the UK & Europe.
What you'll do
- Own the go‑to‑market strategy for your vertical
- Originate, develop and close high‑value new business
- Build senior relationships with brand & procurement leaders
- Operate independently within the business's framework
- Represent the business at industry events

Who we're looking for

A senior operator with a vertical network and a hunter's instinct.
You'll bring
- Significant senior business development experience.
- A strong network in one or more of the following customer verticals: Sports, Music Entertainment, Events Jewellery or Apparel.
- Background in packaging, promotional products, gifting, or similar outsourcing (print management or marketing outsourcing).
- A track record of originating and closing high‑value new business.

A significant basic salary (based on experience and customer network), bonus / commission scheme based on project profit, car allowance, private healthcare, pension.
