Business Development, Equities and FX | OneChronos Markets
Business Development Representative - Equities / FX (London)
OneChronos is building the bazaar for agentic systems, starting in capital markets, where their matching markets routinely account for over 1% of notional U.S. equity market volume. Combining auction theory, distributed systems, artificial intelligence (AI), and deep market structure expertise, they enhance transaction efficiency, value allocation, and support global GDP growth.
About the Role
We are hiring for an exciting Business Development role based in London to drive demand generation, market education, and commercial growth for OneChronos’ Equities business, with potential expansion into FX and additional asset classes. This is a fast-paced, hands-on opportunity at a scaling startup, focused on shaping market perceptions of OneChronos, fostering buy-side engagement, and creating internal advocates to amplify sell-side relationships.
Market dynamics are evolving rapidly—driven by advancements in execution technology, market infrastructure, and data. This role targets forward-thinking professionals who can engage in meaningful dialogue, grasp technical nuances deeply enough to craft informed perspectives, and convert that insight into commercial momentum.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
