Business Development Executive
Location: Skelmersdale
Salary: £29,000 + OTE £40,375
A rare opportunity is now available to join our successful Telesales team at Direct365. We’re looking for a proven outbound telesales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and is looking for a stable, long-term career. This role is ideal for polite, successful Telesales, Account Management or Business Development people. You’ll own the full sales cycle from initial call to close. And you’ll be supported and rewarded for a job well done. It’s a great place to work – come and find out for yourself.
The Role
The Business Development Executive role at Direct365 will involve:
- High-volume outbound calling (cold & warm leads)
- Full sales cycle ownership – from first call to close
- Cross-selling products to meet customer needs
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline
- Working to clear KPIs in a supportive team environment

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for a Business Development Executive at Direct365 will have:
- Minimum 12 months’ outbound telesales experience (essential)
- A stable work history with strong tenure
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Confident in cold calling, objection handling and closing deals
- Resilient, driven and motivated to succeed

- A good salary of £29,000 with OTE £40,375 in a permanent full-time position.
