About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Business Development Executive to join Goldentree's sales team.
The successful candidate will work closely with a Business Development Manager to manage the process of receiving a new loan enquiry, undertaking initial diligence to see if it is a loan we would like to do, issuing indicative lending terms, booking in valuations and site visits, managing the loan through the internal underwriting process, and finally getting the loan completed.
The role will also involve dealing with Commercial Finance Brokers, existing clients, and new clients to Goldentree via email and on the telephone so good communication skills, being well organized, and having good interpersonal skills are important for this role.

Job Details
- Role: Full-time (08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday)
- Location: Fully office-based
