Business Development Executive (1+ Year Experience) | Remote | Aira EdTech
Are you passionate about B2B sales, client acquisition, and helping organizations embrace the future of AI-powered learning?
Aira EdTech is looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales or business development to expand our corporate training and e-learning solutions across industries. If you thrive in a target-driven environment and are confident in your ability to close deals, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and research potential corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and other channels.
- Reach out to HR leaders, L&D professionals, founders, and decision-makers.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand client training requirements.
- Present Aira EdTech’s AI-powered corporate training solutions and e-learning programs.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and support contract closures.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to business growth.

Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, EdTech, SaaS, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach is an added advantage.

Compensation
- No fixed salary.
