Description
Creating Safer Workplaces for Everyone.
At SafeWorkforce and SafeHR, we’re passionate about helping businesses protect both their people and their operations. By bringing together our expertise across health and safety and HR, we now offer a more complete solution, supporting organisations to stay compliant, reduce risk, and build stronger, safer workplaces.
Our team combines decades of experience across both disciplines, working with over 2,000 customers across the UK. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all; everything we do is tailored. Whether it’s navigating employment law, improving processes, or strengthening health and safety practices, we partner closely with businesses to deliver practical, effective solutions.
As part of our sales team, you’ll play a key role in representing both products, helping clients understand the full value of an integrated approach. It’s an opportunity to have broader conversations, build stronger relationships, and make a tangible impact on how organisations support their people.
If you’re looking for a role where your input is valued, your earning potential is strong, and you can genuinely make a difference to clients, this is a great time to join.
Using a consultative approach, you will build strong relationships, understand customer challenges, and deliver tailored solutions that add real value. By developing a high-quality pipeline and maximising conversion, you will consistently achieve and exceed targets while contributing to long-term customer success and business growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
