Business Development Executive
Salary up to £40k plus Benefits
Hybrid (2-3 days per week – Central London)

About The Role
Support Retailer Brand growth by owning accurate tracking and reporting, generate actionable insights, and coordinating change-management projects to deliver on time and in full.
Main Responsibilities
- Tracking and Reporting (Lead)
- Sales Buddy- act as the day-to-day point of contact for a defined set of smaller customers
- Change Management Projects
- Competitive/ Market Intelligence (Support)
- Business Foundation & Ways of Working (Support)

Who We Are Looking For
- Min 12 months in FMCG Marketing, Sales or Category roles
- Strong capability in Excel/ PowerPoint and comfort working with numbers, trackers and reporting
- Confidence producing clear & concise documentation and version control
- Natural interest in FMCG and retail customer ways
- Exposure to product/ packaging change processes, stage gate principles.
- Strong personal accountability mindset
- Highly organised & detail-orientated
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Numerate and commercially curious
- Strong relationship skills & works well cross-functionally
- Continuous learning and self-progression mindset
